Rachel Wright
Senior Designer, Interior Design, Residential & Commercial
Rachel is an interior designer with experience in many different design styles on Projects throughout the U.S. and Australia. Her passion for design began at a young age and has carried through ever since to every project she takes on. She received a Bachelor’s in Interior Design from Mississippi College in 2004 and went on to study music and creative arts in Sydney Australia with Hillsong International. After completing an advanced diploma in music and creative arts she began to work on large scale stage and set design projects for 5 years. During this time she also worked on commercial design for new restaurants and custom Christmas decorations for large scale venues like Sydney International Airport, the Star Casino, Westfield Shopping centers and more.
In 2014 Rachel gained a new appreciation and understanding of textiles after learning how to weave wall hangings, pillows, and rugs. She had her designs featured in various editorials and even had one of her woven designs featured in the Joanna Gaines/Loloi line which was seen on the hit show “fixer upper”. In 2015 Rachel returned to the U.S. and began working remotely focusing mainly on residential design with clients all over the United States. This enabled her to gain a wide range of design style experience which includes traditional, coastal, modern eclectic, transitional and more. In this role Rachel worked with clients with varying budgets to design renovation specifications, select furnishings, window treatments, accessories, etc.
More recently, Rachel worked as a residential Interior designer in the prestigious Santa Rosa Beach, FL 30-A area on both large scale multi-million dollar homes and smaller scale single room projects. Working with both contractors and homeowners Rachel selected finishes, lighting, furniture, accessories and more to create the layout and design the client desired. She excels at meeting clients needs, spacial layouts, attention to detail, project management, balanced color/pattern selection, furniture sales and seamless installation.
Now that Rachel has relocated to North Carolina she is ready to get started working with clients on achieving their dream interiors. She is very passionate about making sure the client is heard and that they are able to see their vision come to life.
